Terms of Use

Last updated — February 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Breakawy browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Breakawy is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to export CRM account configuration data — including workflows, pipelines, custom fields, custom values, and snippets — as structured JSON files saved to the user's local device. The Extension operates entirely within the user's browser and does not transmit data to any external server.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have authorized access to any CRM account from which you export data using the Extension.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and any terms of service governing your CRM account.
  • You agree not to use the Extension to access, export, or copy data from accounts you do not own or have explicit authorization to access.
  • You are responsible for the security and storage of any exported data on your local device.

4. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Breakawy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Extension without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Breakawy does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all CRM configurations or future CRM updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breakawy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is accessed and handled. Breakawy does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers.

8. Modifications to Terms

Breakawy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the revision date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Extension after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. Breakawy reserves the right to discontinue the Extension or restrict access at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.
